Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natual Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s (TMI) second quarter 2006 Colorado Wastewater <br />Dischazge Monitoring reports, CDPH&E permit No. CO-00321 I5. TMI's second quarter 2006 DMRs were <br />received by the Division, on July 31, 2006. The reports cover the time period from April 1, 2006 through <br />June 30, 2006. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Five outfalls dischazged during second quarter 2006. Outfalls 001 and 002 discharged throughout most the <br />quarter. Outfa11011 dischazged in response to spring snowmelt in April. Outfalls 020 and 021 discharged <br />routinely throughout the quarter. WET tests were conducted for outfalls 020 and 021.
