A conditional use permit may be required by <br />Rio Grande CounTy for an extractive industry and will be obtained. <br />Since on site processing is anticipated, any additional permits needed from the State of <br />Colorado such as from the Air Pollution Control Division with regard to fugitive dust will <br />be obtained. There will not be any water discharge from this site. <br />
