There will be no generation of, nor consumption of, onsite water. The site will not <br />dischazge any water nor will it impact any water rights as per applicable Colorado water <br />law. <br />The material removed from this site (sand and gravel) will be used for fill, road base, <br />gravel and as a source for asphalt aggregate. It is not anticipated that any other incidental <br />products will be generated. <br />
