Mr. Michael Boulay
• March 14, 2000
Page 4
slide area. We will be submitting those ideas to the Division
shortly in the form of a Technical Revision.
As a final point, it should be noted that pond 012 was designed
and subsequently constructed for the worst-case disturbance
scenario for the entire watershed area. Since we are no where
near that particular level of disturbance, and no additional
movement has occurred in a weeks time, we believe that pond 012
should still be able to store and effectively treat any
additional runoff that may occur.
Should you or any other members of the Division have any
questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to
contact me. I will be back in the office on Monday, March 20th.
You can also contact either Tom Leidich 'at (303)763-5140 or John
Pellicer (970)879-6260, both of Montgomery Watson, who are
familiar with the activities regarding this landslide.
•
c: Roy Raro (SCC)
Tom Leidich (MW)
John Pellicer (MW)
Sincerely,
~_~• Q,~-
Michael G.
