Everist has sent letters and agreements out to the owners of permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit boundary, and has already received some agreements back. As discussed, L.G. Everist will send all the agreements to the DMG at the same time, once they are all returned. L.G. Everist, Inc.lAndesite Rock Company commits to providing all agreements and/or evaluations of stability to the Division of Minerals and Geology, prior to any disturbances within 200 feet of any permanent man-made structures, and to providing updated maps showing the areas where such disturbances closer to 200 feet of such structures will take place. Item 5 -Clay Liner and Slurry Wall Information, and Decision Date The Clay Liner and Slurry Wall Specifications for Construction are being sent under separate cover directly to Allen Sorenson for review. As mentioned above, we have requested that the decision deadline be extended to July 12, 2001. This will allow for at least 30 days for review of all additional materials presented in this adequacy review response. In the commitments written above, we have committed as L.G. Everist, Inc./Andesite Rock Company due to the fact that both company names are used in the original application. Andesite Rock Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of L.G. Everist, Inc..
