Westhoff <br />Westhoff Farms <br />2823 Rd. 3 <br />Wiggins, CO 80654 <br />RE: File No. M-87-166 Westhoff Farms, Complete Application <br />Oear Mr, Westhoff: <br />We have received your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit for your <br />surface mining operation in Morgan County. Our initial review indicates that <br />all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, <br />C.R.S. 34-32-101, et sea., have been submitted; thus your application has been <br />deemed complete. AT1 comment and review time periods initiate from this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the tdined Land <br />Reclamation Board is November 27, 1987. You should commence publication of a <br />notice of the filing of this application immediately (see enclosed notice <br />formatl. You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must <br />provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt <br />Requested, to the MLR staff before your application can be considered by the <br />Board. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the Morgan County Clerk and Recorder, Any subsequent <br />changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also be made in <br />this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
