AND PROCESSING ACTIVITIES (SUNNYSIDE PIT)
WHEREAS, Parkerson Construction, Inc., sought t have
a conditlonal use permit for gravel extraction and proses ing
actlvit Ses on the following described land situated in th
County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

WHEREAS, the hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners was held January 6, 1987,
NOW T)EREFORE, THE GUARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER OF
THE COUNTY OF MESA FINDS AS FOLLOWS:
' That the hearing before the Board was held afte
proper notice;
That the staff recommendation was approval subj ct to
the following conditions:
1. That a State Highway Permit be obtained.
2. That a more detailed reseeding plan be
submitted to the Agricultural Extension
Agent For review end approval.
3. An upper limit be set on the number of
truck trips per day.
That the Mese County Planning Commission
approval subject to the following:
staff comments,
That the conditional use met with relevant Mes
County Land Use Policies including the Mineral Extractio
Policies end guidelines in Chapter 10 of the Mesa County
Development Code.
That the conditlonal use is in accordance with the
health, Safety and welfare of the residents of Mesa Coun y.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS IN THE COUNTY OF MESA, STATE OF COLORADO,
the conditional use permit is approved subject to the Fc
conditions:
1. That a State Highway Permit be obtained.
2. That a detailed reseeding plan be
submitted to the Agricultural Extension
Agent fot review and approval.

than 10 days a year.
