A monitor well will be installed within the 100
foot setback area, near a clump of cottonwoods, to gain a
representative sample of any water fluctuation which may be a
result of dewatering operations.
This one well will be used to represent the entire dewatering
operation. If the recorded data indicates irrigating is
necessary when dewatering within that area, then the other areas
of the 100 foot, setback will also be watered when dewatering
takes place in those areas. This one well will be representative
for the entire operation rather than installing several wells and
creating more disturbance within the 100 foot setback area.
By the time dewatering rears the St. Vrain Creek, sufficient
monitoring data will be available to determine whether water
fluctuations will be caused by mining operations.
t•• :
,
, Engineering&Environmental Services A •'
