EXHIBIT G: WATER INFORMATION
}
The water in this area prior to 1976 consisted entirely of spring run '
of, from winter snow and an occasional spring ~r summer rain. In 1976 we
filed for adjudication on a spring found in the area, and have built a holding
pond to catch this water.
The xater in this pond will be used in the concentrating of ore, and
xill be returned to the pond and recycled. The only chemical used in this pro-
cess will be a bio-degradeable water softening agent. This pond will be fenced
at all times, to prevent livestock and wild game from drinking from it, This
pond will alsp be monitered at all times to determine if it has any toxic
build up.This pond has been construcded so as not to interefere in the natural
run-off in this area. If this pond is deemed no longer necessary to the mine-
ing project, or if the project id terminated, this pond will be covered and
contoured to conform with the rest of the area and re-vegetated,
EXHIBIT H: WILSLIFE INFORMATION:
Wild life in the area consist of migratory deer traversing this area in

the winter months from the high country, Also found in the area are sage hen,
and rabbbt. From observation , xe have noticed no change in the habits of
the wildlife in this area. All pits and ponds in this area will be fenced
with xoven wire fencing to prevent the likelyhood of any wild life being
hurt faling into any of the pits or the pond, This xill also prevent them
from drinking from the pond should it become toxic,
~HLBIT I: SOIDL INFORMATION:
The soil in this area consists mainly 6 to 12 inches of a sandy topsoil
xith a one to two foot clay dobie abse beneath it.
