<br /> <br />EXHIBIT G: WATER INFORMATION <br />} <br />The water in this area prior to 1976 consisted entirely of spring run ' <br />of, from winter snow and an occasional spring ~r summer rain. In 1976 we <br />filed for adjudication on a spring found in the area, and have built a holding <br />pond to catch this water. <br />The xater in this pond will be used in the concentrating of ore, and <br />xill be returned to the pond and recycled. The only chemical used in this pro- <br />cess will be a bio-degradeable water softening agent. This pond will be fenced <br />at all times, to prevent livestock and wild game from drinking from it, This <br />pond will alsp be monitered at all times to determine if it has any toxic <br />build up.This pond has been construcded so as not to interefere in the natural <br />run-off in this area. If this pond is deemed no longer necessary to the mine- <br />ing project, or if the project id terminated, this pond will be covered and <br />contoured to conform with the rest of the area and re-vegetated, <br />EXHIBIT H: WILSLIFE INFORMATION: <br />Wild life in the area consist of migratory deer traversing this area in <br /> <br />the winter months from the high country, Also found in the area are sage hen, <br />and rabbbt. From observation , xe have noticed no change in the habits of <br />the wildlife in this area. All pits and ponds in this area will be fenced <br />with xoven wire fencing to prevent the likelyhood of any wild life being <br />hurt faling into any of the pits or the pond, This xill also prevent them <br />from drinking from the pond should it become toxic, <br />~HLBIT I: SOIDL INFORMATION: <br />The soil in this area consists mainly 6 to 12 inches of a sandy topsoil <br />xith a one to two foot clay dobie abse beneath it.
