Mr. Dillon signed his 110 mine application as owner of
tract created by this illegal subdivision.
Mr. Knowlton stated to me that the County attorney did
time to be concerned with illegal subdivisions in the C
illegal
have
ty.
Concerning the Sandco 11 application, Mr Anthony Ganzerla stated to
me on Febuary 8, 1987 in a conversation held in Mr. Ganz rla's
house that he was astounded to hear of the limits propos d by
Mr. Dillon and condoned by Mr. Knowlton at the planning ommission
meeting and that he would not even consider allowing tha~ type of
operation to be conducted through his property.
Mr. Knowlton reported that he could foresee no impact on County
Road 250 by the use of 100 truck trips per day or a truc passing
every two and one half minutes, so in effect Mr. Dillon hould have
no liability for use and/or destruction of County Road
Mr. Jerry Steel stated to me on Febuary 6, 1987 that in act he was
currently doing a study on the tremendous impact this us would
have on County Road 250 and that Mr. Knowlton was aware f this study.
Mr. Knowlton has lived on County Road 250 for many years and has
certainly seen the damage heavy truck traffic does to that road.
If Mr. Knowltons recommendations are followed Mr. Di1lon~will realize
any profit to be had and the taxpayers will pay for the
incurred.
In closing I would request that each of you commissi
few minutes of your time to please realize the impact
imposed forever on a large number of residents all for
gain of one or two people if this Willow Bend Sand Ope
allowed to begin as a "small operation".
4
mage
allow a
t will be
e personal
ion is
