It is my lalderstanding from to king to Ffr. <br />Knowlton, the acting Land Use Administrator, that the Commis- <br />sioners will. be asked to make a site visit to these p operties. <br />The property owners would very much encourage the Commi sinners to <br />make such a visit to see the character of the land an how the <br />proposed commercial use will affect the adjacent proper ies. <br />Representatives of the property owners would request tta*_ they be <br />allowed to accompany the Commissioners on such site visit. Knowlton characterized to co stitute <br />conflict of interest, that the Board had instructed Fir 1nowlton <br />to proceed with processing of the project and preparatiin of staff <br />
