Retention of drill logs by applicant. <br />Mountain Coal Company will retain in its files all drill logs and will make them available <br />for inspection by any authorized officer. Mountain Coal Company may conduct <br />geophysical logging and/ or collect core from this project. <br />5. Utilizing drill holes as water monitoring wells. <br />Mountain Coal Company does not anticipate encountering any significant aquifers during <br />this drilling program. Mountain Coal Company does not intend to complete any of these <br />holes as water monitoring wells. <br />6. Maps of Project Area <br />The attached Proposed B Seam MDWs surface map at a scale of 1" = 1000' depicts the <br />general locations of proposed drill pads, methane drainage wells, and the new road. <br />These maps also show the proposed MDWs in relation to the land ownership, mine <br />permit and lease boundaries and other mine features. <br />7.
