Subtracting the <br />reported spring's flows <br />from the reported <br />NPDES OOiflows gives <br />the ditch's flows. <br />Division's interpretation <br />This graph shows that the <br />discharge of Spoil Spring #1 <br />varies seasonally like the flow in <br />the Mid-Lower West Return Ditch. <br />Since mid-1995, the two flows <br />have tracked each other so <br />closely in time that the two appear <br />directly related. <br />--Spoil Spring #1 discharge -NPDES 001(less Spoil Spring #1 discharge volumes) <br />
