B. The Crusher Plan :
The crusher which will process the sand and gravel removed
from the pit will be located near the actual cutting operations
in Phase I as shown on the mining map, Exhibit "C" . In the
event that the operator decides to move the location of the
crusher, wash plant, settling pond, or other operation for
convenience during Phase II or Phase III, a sketch plan of the
proposed locations will be submitted to the Board for approval
prior to the beginning of operations in such Phase.
The crushing equipment generates a tolerable level of
noise and, in any event, will at all times be within the
confines of the Eagle River, the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad,
and U. S. Highway 6 & 24 .
C. Concrete and Asphalt Plants :
Potential locations for concrete and asphalt plants are
shown on the mining map, Exhibit "C" . However, the operator has
no present plans for either type of operation. At some point in
the future, it may become desirable to extend the site activities
to include one or both of those operations . They may, however,
be undertaken by someone other than Nottingham Sand & Gravel Co.
In the event that Nottingham itself should wish to put an asphalt
or concrete plant into operation, plans :ill be submitted to the
board for approval and any necessary permits will be obtained.
J
