L• • •
Exhibit "H"
Wildlife Information
Because of the sparse-to-moderate vegetation on the
subject property and the steep cliff configuration of the land,
virtually no wildlife inhabits this area. There are no known
endangered species living on the land. Because of the subject
property ' s location between Interstate 70 some distance to the
North and The Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad, Highway 6 &
24 , and the Eagle County Airport to the South, the area is not
used for wildlife crossing or seasonal migrations.
The land in its natural state does not have the resources
to support any signigicant quantity of wildlife, and that
situation will necessarily continue after reclamation .
For such minimal wildlife as there may be at any time on
the land, there will be pasture acreage available at all times
since mining will proceed in limited stages and reclamation
will be occurring continually.
