Gil], having been duly sworn does hereby state as <br />follows: <br />I am a Professional Engineer and a contract representative of GCC Rio Grande <br />Incorporated, a New Mexico Corporation. <br />2. Pursuant to instructions from GCC Rio Grande, I posted notification signs at the <br />site of Rio Grande's proposed mining operation on January/~, 2002. <br />I posted the notification signs in accordance with the provisions of the Mineral <br />Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the <br />Extraction of Construction Materials contained in Rule 1.6.2(1)(b). <br />• 4. The signs give notice of an applica(ion filed with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board and contain the precise language as follows: <br />NOTICE <br />APPLICANT: <br />GCC Rio Grande Inc. <br />11783 Highway 14 South <br />P.O.
