Public Notice GCC Rio Grande, Inc. 11783 Highway 145, Tijeras, NM 87059, (505) 281-3311, has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Red Rock Plant and Limestone Mine, and is located at or near Sections 12, 23, 24, 25, Township 22S, Range 65W, 6`h Prime Meridian and Sections 18,19,30, Township 225, Range 64W, 6`h Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is October 2001, and the proposed date of completion is after the year 2051. The proposed future use of the land is Shortgrass Prairie 1 Rangeland.
