Cattany <br />Division Director <br />33492 Highway 125, PO BOX 1076 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Walden, CO 80480 <br />Re: "Bond Pit", File No. M-2007-035, Receipt of In-complete 112 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit Application Package, Class: Permit <br />Dear Mr. Brocker: <br />On June 14, 2007, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Application package for the "Bond Pit", File No. M-2007-035. Preliminary review of the <br />information received determined that the following items must be received before the Division can consider <br />your application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPi dCATinN FnRM: Please provide a revised copy of the signature page (page 8) which includes <br />the Glenn E Sessions & Sons, Inc. corporate seal. (I have attached several copies for your use). <br />F.XHiRITS R_C.F: The Index Map, Pre-Mining & Mining Plan Map, & Reclamation Plan Maps <br />indicate an 80-acre parcel to be permitted rather than the 20 acres as listed (and specified on page 1 of <br />the Application Form). Please revise the maps and descriptions so that they reflect the acreage to be <br />permitted. Also, please ensure that the maps conform to the criteria of Rule 6.2.1. (please see attached <br />copy of Rule 6.2.1). If the applicant's intent is to permit the entire W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of Section 9, ie: 80 <br />acre parcel, then you will also need to provide a revised page 1 of the application form. <br />Your application will not be considered submitted until the information listed above is received and found <br />sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all of the <br />requested information. Additionally, if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, after <br />the Division considers the application submitted. This notice must be published once a week for four (4) <br />consecutive weeks, starting within ten (10) days of the date your application is considered submitted. We will <br />notify you when you should initiate republication of your notice. The final date for receiving comments is the <br />20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br />You have sixty (60) days from the above date to submit all necessary documents that the Office needs for an <br />application to be considered filed. If, at the end of the sixty day period, the application has not been determined <br />to be filed with the Office, the Office shall deny the application and terminate the application file. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in Xour application.
