COLORADO 80901 <br />April 17, 1975 <br />Mr. Jim Schmieding <br />Colorado Division of Mines <br />1845 Sherman Street <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Dear Mr. Schmieding: <br />With this letter is enclosed a Reage Condition Inventory and <br />Soil Survey Interpretations prepared for us by Mr. Doa Nielsen <br />of the Soil Conservation Service of the U,S. Department of <br />Agriculture. <br />Mr, Nielsen called me yesterday to advise that he had failed <br />to note is his Soil Survey that there are no toxic materials <br />present, and he asked that I tell you this in my cover letter. <br />This may be verified by contacting him at the Soil Conservation <br />Service, 3345 E. Platte, Colorado Springs 80909 or by telephone <br />at 596-3737. <br />Mr. Nielsen feels that the information he has provided will <br />adequately answer the questions is your note to me of 4/3/75. <br />Thanks ve>y much for your help, I would hope that our permit <br />may now be issued, <br />Qom. ~.~r~ <br /> <br />~ ~ C <br />~r <br />0.
