_ • • <br />ENGINEERING REPORT <br />PREPARED FOR POWDERHORN COAL COMPANY <br />ENGINEERING CERTIFICATION OF SEDIMENTATION PONDS <br />The approved plan for sedimentation ponds is contained in Powderhorn Coal's <br />Mine Permit Application, Volume VI, October, 1981, Appendix X, which was <br />later revised by Powderhorn's minor revisions to the sedimentation control <br />plan dated July 21, 1982, and August 2, 1982. <br />Sediment Pond Nos. 1 and 2 at the Unit Train Loadout are constructed in <br />accordance with 'the approved plan. <br />Sediment Pond Nos. 4 and 5 at the Cameo No. 1 Mine are constructed in accor- <br />dance with the approved plan. <br />Sediment Pond No. 6 at the Cameo Refuse Disposal Area is constructed in <br />accordance with the approved plan. <br />Sediment Pond No. 7 at the North Decline is constructed in accordance with <br />the approved plan. <br />Sediment Pond Nos. 8 and 9 at the Roadside Mine are constructed in accordance <br />with the approved plan. <br />James E.
