FOR COAL MINING FACILITIES (SURFACE RUNOFF ONLY)
AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE
COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM
In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control AcC
(25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as amended), facilities engaged in mining and
processing of coal are authorized to discharge surface runoff from approved
locations throughout the State of Colorado to specified waters of the State.
Such discharges shall be in accordance with conditions of this permit.
This permit specifically authorizes Energy Fuels ifining Company
to discharge from facilities identified as Raton Creels :•fine
located in the Si? ;/4 of Sec. 36, T335, P.64;~, approximately 2.5 miles south of
Trinidad, Colorado as shown in figure 2.
