The inspections were conducted on June 27th, 2007. Only the four waste water
treatment ponds were flowing (NPDES sites 300I and 300E), and site 62, Fish Creek
Tipple (FCT). Some short circuiting was observed at FCT, and has temporarily been
blocked off. We will be replacing the weir at this location this summer. All other
discharge ponds appeared functional. Standard vegetation clearance, seeding,
dredging, and minor maintenance are anticipated at some sites during the summer
2007.
This information is submitted in compliance with Twentymile Coa] Company Permit
C-82-056 and Rule 4.05.6(13). The inspections were conducted by a qualified \
individual under the direction of Michael Ludlow, a registered Professional Engineer
in the state of Colorado (see next page).
Please contact me directly at (970) 870-2750 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
>Q.~~~~
Brian A.
