Please answer es or no and <br />explain reasons for your answer. <br />YES, WITH A 9.95 ACRE TRACT THERE WILL BE SUFFICIENT SPACE TO <br />CONTAIN ALL EQUIPMENT AND LOADING FACILITIES ON THE SITE. IT <br />WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT THAT ALL <br />ACTIVITY IS CONTAINED WITHIN THE 9.95 ACRE PARCEL, <br />17. Will the site be served by streets and roads of sufficient cap- <br />acity to carry the traffic generated by the proposed use and <br />will the use result in undue traffic congestion or traffic <br />hazards? Please answer yes or no and explain reasons for your <br />answer. <br />YES, THE EXISTING ROAD (COUNTY ROAD #2) HAD RECENTLY BEEN <br />UPGRADED TO A SUFFICIENT WIDTH AND RE-SU=°ACED IN ANTICIPATION <br />• OF CYPRUS MINES BEING LOCATED WITHIN THIS AREA. THIS OPERATION <br />BEING ON A NEED BASIS AND BEING A SMALL OPERATION (REMOVAL OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 10,000 TONS PER YEAR) THERE WILL BE A SMALL AMOUNT <br />OF ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC TO A CURRENT LOW VOLUME ROAD. <br />
