Signatory Requirement <br /> <br />PART II <br />Page 17 <br />Permit No. COG-850000 <br />All reports required far submittal shall be signed and certified for <br />accuracy by the permittee in accord with the following criteria: <br />a) In the case of corporations, by a principal executive officer of <br />at least the level of vice-president or his or her duly <br />authorized representative, if such representative is responsible <br />for the overall operation of the facility from which the <br />discharge described in the form originates; <br />b) In the case of a partnership, by a general partner; <br />c) In the case of a sole proprietorship, by the proprietor; <br />d) In the case of a municipal, state, or other public facility, by <br />either a principal executive officer, ranking elected official, <br />or other duly authorized employee. <br />B. RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. Inspections and Right to Entry <br />The permittee shall allow the Director of the State Water Quality <br />Control Division, the EPA Regional Administrator, and/or their <br />authorized representatives upon the presentation of credentials: <br />a) To enter upon the permittee's premises where a regulated facility <br />or activity is located~or in which any records are required to be <br />kept under the terms and~.aonditions of this permit; <br />b) At reasonable times to have access to and copy any records <br />required to be kept under the terms and conditions of this permit <br />and to inspect any monitoring equipment or monitoring method <br />required in the permit; and <br />
