~'
LIMITATIONS
This report has been prepared in accordance with generally accepted geotechnical engineering
practices in this area for use by the client for design purposes. The conclusions and recommendations
submitted is this report are based upon the data obtained from the exploratory test holes drilled at the
approximate locations shown on the logs. The nature and extent of variations between the exploratory
holes may not become evident until the excavations are completed. If during the construction, the soil,
rock and groundwater conditions appear [o be different from those described herein, a reevaluation of
the recommendations should be made. We recommend that the construction of the earth
embankments be under the continuous inspection of a competent soils engineer to insure the
appropriate use of the correct soils as well as proper placement and compaction. Continuous
supervision also permits a carefid study of the conditions exposed during excavation and it is possible to
recognize underseepage problems not indicated during the Field investigation.
[[ is the responsibility of the owner or his representative to insure that the information in this report is
incorporated into the plans and/or specifications and conswction of the project. I[ is advisable that a
contractor familiar with construction details typically used for the local subsoils and climatic conditions
be retained to build the st cfure. If you have any questions regarding this report or if we may be of
further service, please do ~t hesitate to cogtaKus.
Sincerely,
INC.
Brian D.
L J

S
