A plan containing monitoring information, and correctional measures
and methods to be performed in a given year will be forwarded to the CDMG
on or before July 15th of that year. This report will include:
1) A summary of features being monitored, including a list of areas
being either added or dropped from inventory and monitoring, and
2) A listing of features determined to be excessive, corrective
methods or measures to be implemented, and a projected schedule of
completion.
P&M will proceed with implementation of corrective measures depending upon
the nature of the actions required. For corrective measures that involve
non-designed structures, or the repair of designed structures without
design modification, work will be completed as indicated in the schedule.
Such corrective measures will not require CDMG approval before they are
undertaken, since they are considered routine maintenance. For corrective
measures that require construction or modification of designed structures,
application for the appropriate permit revision will be submitted for CDMG
review and approval. Corrective measures will be undertaken in accordance
• with the schedule established in the revision package. In the event that
corrective actions or measures (routine maintenance or designed structures)
can not be completed within the projected completion schedule, P&M and the
CDMG will establish a mutually acceptable revised schedule for their
completion.

Renewal-3 9.3-29 June 13, 1997
