The information is accurate as of the above date. <br />Operator Tp11er Countu <br />File No. 82-42 through 82-49, inclusive <br />Operation Type Onen nit gravel <br />General Location Various locations around Teller Countu <br />Acres all under 10 <br />Mining Plan Gravel will be mined with tupical earth moving equipment such as <br />Eton nd load rc. backhoes, cats with dozer blades and rippers etc. Gravel <br />wi71 he mined to depths of from about 8' to 40' with topsoil being removed when <br />avai7ahle and alwaus when new ground is disturbed (depths of from 4" to 10") and <br />stockpiled away from mining ac ti vita. Working slopes will vary. In general, <br />fixed equipment will not be used in the pits. <br />Reclamation Plan: <br />Final land use Usually reseeded (to the extent possible) to agricultural <br />Slope grading Maximum of 3E:1V except when some benching is <br />Topsoil depth Topsoil will be respread to reclaim as much d <br />Species to be planted /// with depths of from 0" <br />Ariz. fescue, 1.2 /acre; Western wheatgrass, ~ acre; B ue grama, . <br />as <br />Even when topsoil is not present, planting (with mulching) will be attempted <br />except on steep, benched areas. <br />Additional Details Topsoil will be used to the extent practicable to reclaim <br />old disturbed areas as well as newly disturbed areas of the permit areas. <br />Staff Recommendation The staff recommends approval of these 8 limited impact permits. <br />There is no financial warranty required, but performance warranties have been <br />submitted for all of the operations. <br />Bond No bond required of counties. <br />
