Nolan, MD, MPIi <br />Executive Direcbr <br />The Division has received requests for stormwater exemptions for the above site dated May 3, <br />1993, May 5, 1993, May 6, 1993, and May 20, 1993. These reports are not acceptable. They <br />are unacceptable for the following reasons: <br />(1) They do not list the discharge points involved. The Division does not track the <br />discharges per pond number. <br />(2) There is no climate data which supports the statement that the discharges were the result <br />of a stormevent. <br />(3) There is no flow data to support the storm exemption. <br />(4) There is no statement on which days [he exemption is being claimed. <br />The Division understands your efforts to streamline the process of submission of such reports. <br />However, i[ is necessary that the required information be submitted. Without this information a <br />storm exemption cannot be given. Thus, the violations are subject to enforcement action. <br />Please submit the required information as soon as possible to avoid any additional action by the <br />Division. <br />
