has performed any engineering studies or had any questions regarding our position, they <br />have not presented this to us. <br />At this time, Kaneb must continue to reiterate that we have no objection to the proposed <br />mining operations provided we can reach agreement with Coulson regarding the safety <br />and protection of our high-pressure petroleum pipeline, and preserving Kaneb's rights <br />granted by the original right-of-way grant. This right includes the right to inspect, <br />operate, maintain, protect, replace, change or remove our pipeline(s) and install <br />additional pipelines. Kaneb must be provided area that provides for our use and <br />enjoyment of these rights.
