Dear Mr, Wanner:
The apolication for a 1lining and Reclamation Permit for this operation was
deemea complete on April 9, 1490. Your apolication has Deen scheduled for
consideration by the Mined Land keclamation board on May 9, 1990, Before your
apolication can be consiaered by the Board, you must complete the following
notice requirements:
° puolish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof of the
notice to us;
° Mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of
affected land and immediately adjacent land and provide proof of the
mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt kequestea, to us; and,
° place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential
items, witn the County Clerk and Recorder, Any supsequent chances or
auditions you make to the applications on file in our office must also be
made in this local government cony.
I have reviewed the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet
the requirements of Act ana kegulations. Tne attached list details items that
need clarification before the application will satisfy the applicable
requirements. Please proviae a response to each item prior to May 9, 1990.
If you are unable to fully respond to this letter, providing all required
information prior to the scheduled board consiaeration date, please contact me
requesting continuance of Board consideration to a later date.
