on which there is gravel suitable for use in construction of
county roads, and
WHEREAS, an agreement for use of gravel for road purposes
between "v;eld County and Nikolaus and Florence Arnusch has been
presented to the Board of County Commissioners, and
4TriEREAS, the Board of County Corlunissloners deems it
advisable. and in the best interests of D.'eld County to approve
said agreement.
NOW, TF-iEREFOP.E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of COUnt}
COmmlssloners Of [veld C01ntj , COlOrddO t:7at tale agreemen*_ for
use of gravel for road purposes between [field County and
Nikolaus and Florence Arnusch be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTSER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman of
the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign. said agreement.
