As you maybe awaze, under Rule 1.7.4 of the <br />Construction Material Rules (2 C.C.R. 407-4), any objections must be submitted to the Division <br />within 20 days of the last day of publication of the notice that the operator places in a local <br />newspaper. Your letter on behalf of your client was not submitted within the required 20 days. <br />Therefore, the Division will not accept the letter as an objection under the Construction Materials <br />Rules. <br />If you feel the Division's decision regazding the letter is in error, you may submit a <br />petition for party status to the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd. See 2 C.C.R. 407-4, Rules 2.7.1 <br />and 2.7.2.
