Canany <br />Division DIleC10r <br />NaNral Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has reviewed the Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />(DMR) for 2004 for the Rimrock Strip Mine. <br />The reports comply with the requirements of Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)(A) for submittal of <br />completed forms to meet NPDES permit requirements. The notation "No dischargen <br />agrees with the Division's observations through field inspections. Please ensure that <br />the periodic visits to check for pond discharge meet the requirements of your Colorado <br />Discharge permit and the discharges are sampled when, and if, they occur. <br />We have no further questions at this time.
