Upon completion of mining activities all <br />equipment, buildings, conveyors, etc, will be removed <br />from the landscape. The access roads will be left in <br />place to better serve [he desired post- mining land use <br />of grazing. A~1 areas of disturbance on private lands <br />will he cleaned of debris, graded, and revegetated in <br />accordance with the reasonable desires of the surface <br />owner and in compliance with applicable laws and regu- <br />lations. The final post-reclamation land use for the <br />bench areas caill be grazing Fur both livestock and <br />wildlife. This is co~sis[enC with prior and prasent <br />land use. The storage silos, [ruck dump, train loadout <br />areas, and [he rai Iroad spur wi l l be removed and the <br />land returned to orchard use. <br />The areas in the bottom of the North Fork Valley and in <br />[he high country of. the surrounding region have high <br />recreation values and capacities to support recrea[ion- <br />a] activities. The intermediate hills, within which <br />the mine is located, have relatively low value and lit- <br />tle capacity to support anything other than dispersed <br />recreational activities. <br />The proposed post-mining land use is consistent with <br />the historical land use of the disturbed area and re- <br />sponsive [o stability and drainage considerations.
