Briefly we agree to the following: <br />I) EXHIBITS "A", "B", AND "C" ADEQUATE <br />II) EXHIBIT "D" RECLAMATION PLAN <br />a) We agree to commit to placing 12 inches of topsoil/overburden material <br />over the entire affected acreage. <br />b) We agree to the Division's estimate of $1,700 per acre plus a 15.5 % in- <br />direct cost.
