Garland <br />Dear Scott: <br />As pronieed, I have reviewed the iulas and Regulations regarding 112 Regular <br />Operations and will br:lefly outline what appears to be necessary yet in order <br />to begin processing eh:ls as a 112. This is not an adequacy review. <br />Application <br />1. Submit four copies of the application (Rule 2.1). <br />2. You stated that thy: operation would eventually encompass 20 scree of <br />affected land, but the application form indicates 9.9 scree. Enclosed <br />are copies of the :L12 application form for your use. The application <br />fee is $50.00 plus $15.00/acre, or,~'350.00 for the 20 acres. <br />Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />Give the legal description to the nearest quarter-quarter section (Rule 2.12(1)). <br />Exhibit C_Pre-mining and dining Plan H~ of Affected Area <br />1.
