Dellacroce, <br />to mine gravel in Dellacroce Pit, CDMG M-93-050, (Corps of <br />Engineers Action No. 1993 30201). <br />We have studied the project description, other records, and <br />documents available to us. The project is located near Monument, <br />E1 Paso County, Colorado, in Section 34, Township 115, Range 67W. <br />The project is not regulated under the provisions of Section 404 <br />of the Clean Water Act and a Department of the Army permit will <br />not be required.
