Collins, Colorado 80522, pro- <br />poses to commence mining activities on a 10 acre <br />parcel in Section 7, Township 9 North, Range 69 <br />West, Fort Collins, Colorado. Commencement of min- <br />ing shall occur immediately upon receipt of all <br />necessary permits or April 1, 1989, whichever oc- <br />curs later. Mining is anticipated to continue un- <br />til approximately 2009. Current use of the prop- <br />erty as rangeland is anticipated to continue after <br />mining and reclamation. Additional information may <br />be obtained from Colorado Lien Company at the above <br />address.
