Grotenhouse: <br />Upon reviewing your application fora Mining & Reclamation Permit, dated <br />January 19, 1989, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated <br />regulations. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />1. Exhibit B1. A description of the vegetation and soil characteristics <br />in the area of the proposed operation. <br />2. Exhibit B2.
