-16- • <br />` (3) ReleasE~s shall be in writing and shall be delivered to the <br />Owner, Operator or warrantor(s) promptly after the date of <br />such finding. <br /> <br />- (4) The Financial Warranty shall not be held for more than <br />thirty (30) days after the completion of Reclamation. <br />(c) The Operatoi° of any Mining Operation possessing a General Permit <br />may file a ixritten notice of completion with the Board whenever <br />he believes he has completed any or all requirements of the Act <br />with respect to any or all of his Affected Lands. <br />(1) The Division shall, within sixty days after receiving said <br />notice, or as soon thereafter as weather conditions permit, <br />inspect the lands and Reclamation described in the notice to <br />determine if the Operator has complied with all applicable <br />requirements. <br />(2) Tf the Board finds that the Operator has successfully <br />complied with any or all requirements of the Act, it shall <br />release all Performance and Financial Warranties applicable <br />to said requirements. Releases shall be in writing and <br />shall be delivered to the Owner, Operator or warrantor(s) <br />promptly after the date of such finding. <br />(3) If they Board finds that the Operator has not complied with <br />applicable requirements of the Act, it shall so advise the <br />Operator not more than sixty days after the date pf the <br />inspection. <br />(4) If the Board fails to conduct an inspection within the time <br />specified, or fails to advise the Operator of deficiencies <br />PD 1000.22 B9&10 <br />
