Exhibit "C" <br />(m) The deposit is proposed to be processed onsite to make road base fot new roads and <br />private drive ways and other construction uses in this part of Las Animas County. Processing will <br />be done by a portable crushing and screening plant. Please see DMG map Exhibit "E" (not in this <br />report). <br />(n) The primary commodities to be mined will be sand and gravel for road material. <br />There aze no known secondary commodities involved, (Structural-Fill-Crushed Stone, <br />and Sand for asphalt.) <br />• (o) There are no known incidental products to be mined by this proposed operation. <br />If any incidental products aze discovered, The Division (DMG) will be duly notified. <br />(p) No blasting will be used on this site. <br /> <br />
