(M-98-058)
Dear Mz Crosby:
DECEIVED
NOU 12 1998
~is~on of Minerals 8 Geology
Attached is my recommended condensation of the issues, both
those not be considered and those not to be considered. Under each
issue I have cited the appropriate rule and the specific objection
as to objector, date of letter and objection/comment number.
These numbers conform to those in your draft order of 10/27/98. I
further recommend that you include the complete list, as it
appears in your 10/27/98 draft, in a separate handout or as an
attachment to the draft order. This way, the Board members can
refer to the specific statements if they care to do so.
I have also made some changes to the procedures, specifically
the allocations of time. I may have already sent these to you by
fax last month, however, I can't recall that with certainty. This
promises to be a contentious issue, therefore I believe that all
parties should be given adequate time to express their legitimate
concerns.
Please call if you have any questions.
Yours truly;
~/
W T Cohan, P.E.
cc: Bruce Humphries
