As part of the overall hydrologic baseline studies Wyoming Fuel Company will <br />provide an assessment of the probable hydrologic consequences of secondary or <br />retreat mining in the above canyons. <br />It is Wyoming Fuel Company's understanding the above scope of work outlines all <br />that is necessary prior to the Division assessing the approval of secondary or retreat <br />mining under Apache, Santistevan, and Ciruela Canyons. <br />If the scope of work is acceptable to you and your staff, please sign one copy of this <br />letter and return it to Wyoming Fuel Company for our files. It is our committrnent to <br />cooperate with the Division and work constructively toward addressing the stipulations as <br />agreed to in the permit and resolving all problems as soon as possible.
