RECEIVED <br />OCT 0 7 1997 <br />Quarterly Pond Inspection Rep~~;tnofMinetaisii,Gec~ony <br />Operator: SLURCO Corporation. <br />Facility: Impoundment 001, Canadian Mine, C-81-026, Technical Revision TR-06. <br />Date of Inspection: August 08, 1997, 1555 MDT. <br />Weather: Varied, mostly cloudy, some sun, high 60s/low 70s, breeze northerly to IS mph, no precipitation within <br />24 hours. <br />Pond Identification: 001. <br />Type of Pond: Formerly sedimentation, currently livestock and wildlife. <br />Approximate Water Level: Approximately 12 inches of standing water within the central area of the pond basin. <br />Sediment Level (% total storage): Not observed. <br />Outflow (cfs): 0. <br />OPERATIONAL STATUS AT TIME OF INSPECTION <br />FEATURES PROBLEM COMMENTS <br />Erosional <br />Rills & Gullies on Embankment No Rills have been repaired. <br />Adequate vegetation regrowth was <br />observed and erosion control <br />matting is still in lace. <br />Inadequate Ve elation No <br />Outlet Channel Erosion No <br />Burrows No <br />Other No <br />Strucrural <br />Differential Settlin No <br />Crack or Slides No <br />See a e No <br />Other No <br />A urtenant Structures <br />Defective Spillways No <br />
