The Division has <br />determined that this operation is eligible for coverage under the General <br />Permit for coal mining discharge operations, permit number COG-850000. Thus, <br />the existing permit number has been changed. Operations covered by general <br />permits are assigned facility numbers in lieu of permit numbers. Your <br />operation is now assigned facility number COG-850032. All future <br />correspondence should reference this number. <br />A copy of the general permit will be sent to you upon completion of <br />certification.
