All comment and review periods began on <br />Apri121, 2006. The decision date for your application is scheduled for July 2Q 2006. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the <br />proposed truning operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. lmmediately after the first publication, mail a <br />copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record <br />of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land.
