Exhibit C (Pre-Mining Plan) has been revised to remove the proposed features. <br />2. Exhibit D (Mining Plan) has been revised to change the permit boundary and <br />affected area boundary to include the stockpiles, facilities, and access road. <br />3. Exhibit F (Reclamation Plan) has been revised to show the revised permit <br />boundary and affected area boundary. <br />4. The lease information is included in Exhibit N (Source of Legal Right to Enter). <br />Additionally, we are providing the following revised information: <br />1. Revised Exhibit L (Reclamation Costs) with revised reclamation costs to reflect <br />the additional affected area. <br />2. Exhibit M (Other Permits and Licenses) to delete reference to a blasting permit. <br />3. Revised Exhibit O (Owners of Affected Land) to include certified mail receipts <br />for the additional public notification. <br />4. Revised Exhibit Q (Proof of mailing to County Commissioners and Conservation <br />District) to include certified mail receipts for the additional public notification. <br />5. Revised Exhibit R (Proof of Filing with County Clerk) to include proof of filing <br />for these revised materials. <br />6.
