EXHIBIT B <br />MINING PLAN, FREMONT COUNTY DISTRICT N0. 2 <br />(:DAIIFI DTT <br />DECEMBER 1, 1980 <br />l.) Topsoil stripped from Stage I and II operations will be stockpiled in <br />locations as shown on Exhibit C. Stripping depth will be from 0-6 feet and <br />will yield a cumulative volume of approximately 15,000 CY. Topsoil stored <br />in stockpiles will be sloped to a maximum steepness of 2:T and seeded at a <br />broadcast rate of 6 lbs PLS/acre with Pubescent wheatgrass. <br />2.) Mining methods will utilize dozers, front-end Toaders, portable crushers, <br />portable screens and dump trucks. Access to and from the site will be over <br />an existing road from Colorado State Highway 67. <br />3.) No ground water or subsurface water rights will be affected by the <br />operations. Surface drainage is not a problem on this project as no off-site <br />flows will enter the affected area because of existing topography. <br />4.) The total affected area will cover less than 9.89 Acres, as shown on <br />Exhibit C. <br />5.) Timetable of operations: a. Date Gommenced..•••••••••.Prior to 1960 <br />b.
