Evaluation of the adequacy of the vegetative cover: Excellent, Moderate, Spotty, Poor. <br />Moderate on the downstream slopes. There was evidence of recent revegetation activity utilizing netting <br />and straw mulch. The upstream slopes are lined with a HDPE liner. There were no trees taking root on <br />the embankment. This pond is fenced to limit access from grazing animals. <br />2. Are erosion-formed gullies present? Extensive, Some, Very Few, None. <br />None. <br />3. Is wave action causing erosion: 1) on the upstream embankment? Yes _ No X . 2) at the principal <br />spillway inlet? Yes _ No X . <br />4. Is the downstream toe of the embankment being eroded?
