We need to receive <br />clarification or certain items before the application can be "filed" for purposes of conducting a technical <br />adequacy review. Please respond to each of the following items. <br />Item 3. The Permitted acreage is listed at 10 acres while total acreage is listed at 40 acres. Permits for <br />110 operations must be less than 10 acres. Please re-submit Page 1 of the application and indicate the <br />proper limits of the permit azea. <br />Exhibit L. Regulations require that all permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the proposed <br />operation must be idenfified. This includes, but is not limited to pipelines, overhead power lines, fences, <br />roads, easements of any sort, and buildings. Exhibit H and Exhibit L both state that there aze no man- <br />made structures on the property on which the gravel pit is proposed. However, the Division needs <br />assurance that there aze no permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the proposed permit area. <br />Upon receipt of adequate responses to these items, the Division will consider your item "filed" and will <br />commence a technical adequacy review, and provide comments or render a decision within no more than <br />30 days. <br />This is not an approval of your peFnut application.
